In-Store Nomination

Nominating, after you are seated, a cast member you liked among those who came to your table as helps.
Jonai shimei, literally an in-house nomination, is picking one of the cast members who took turns at your table and saying you want her from now on. It is distinct from a full nomination, which is made by name before you enter, and many venues price the in-store nomination fee lower than the full nomination fee. For a first visit, or for a guest who does not yet have someone in mind, nominations almost always start here.
A cast member you nominated in-store can be fully nominated on your next visit. At host clubs it is the nomination that keeps the host assigned to a free guest at the table instead of being rotated out. Fees differ by venue, so ask the floor staff before nominating.
When you'll encounter this
You hear it when the floor staff ask whether you would like to make an in-store nomination, and see it as a line on the price list.
