In cast slang, the messages and invitations that bring a guest back (eigyo LINE, eigyo mail); in its plain sense, simply being open for business.
Eigyo has two meanings. The everyday one is a venue being open, as in opening hours. The trade one, at hostess clubs and host clubs, is the work a cast member does to bring guests back: a thank-you message after a visit, an invitation to an event or a dohan, a line to someone who has not been in for a while. These are called eigyo LINE or eigyo mail, and they are part of the job of turning visits into nominations and dohan.
A message from a cast member is part of her work and not necessarily a personal one. Whether you reply, and whether you visit, is up to you, and declining is not rude. Saying a cast member is good at eigyo means she is good at making guests want to come back.
