Kanda/Ochanomizu is the area around Kanda and Ochanomizu stations in Chiyoda, which the ward's tourism association presents through its specialist streets for curry, musical instruments and sporting goods.
GO TOKYO gives the JR Yamanote, Keihin-Tohoku and Chuo lines as the lines into Kanda Station. Ochanomizu Station is served by the JR Sobu and Chuo lines and the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, and the Chiyoda City Tourism Association puts it 6 minutes on foot from the Jimbocho book district.
GO TOKYO says Ochanomizu is also known for musical instruments and has small live houses and jazz clubs nearby. A release from the Chiyoda City Tourism Association dated October 2025 picks out specialist shopping streets such as Kanda's curry street, the Ochanomizu instrument shops and the Kanda sports-shop street.

The Metropolitan Police list names four blocks in Chiyoda ward as designated touting zones: Uchikanda 3-chome, Kajicho 1- and 2-chome and Kanda-Kajicho 3-chome (31 March 2016).
Kanda/Ochanomizu is generally fine for a night out. The main risk is bottakuri, a padded bill at the end. Stick to venues that post their prices, skip street touts steering you into ‘free’ bars, and confirm the set fee plus any nomination or bottle charges before you order.
