Cancellation

At hostess clubs and lounges a cancellation means dropping a reserved table or time, a cast member you nominated, or a dohan you had agreed on. Because most venues also take walk-ins, only some charge a cancellation fee, but group bookings, course-price reservations and event nights may come with conditions. Whatever the venue told you when you booked applies.

Cancel the moment you know, using the phone number or messaging contact you booked through. A no-show without notice can count against the cast member who agreed to a dohan and may affect whether the venue takes your next reservation.
