Hakata Station Front is the area around Hakata Station in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka. The station, at Hakataeki-chuogai, is where the Fukuoka subway's Kuko (Airport) Line and Nanakuma Line meet.
Fukuoka Airport says the Kuko Line takes about 5 minutes from Hakata to the domestic terminal. JR Kyushu gives 32 minutes at the fastest from Kumamoto to Hakata on the Kyushu Shinkansen and 1 hour 20 minutes at the fastest from Nagasaki with a change at Takeo-Onsen, and Kitakyushu's tourism site puts Hakata to Kokura at about 15 minutes by shinkansen.
