Due to the US military base, many bars cater to English speakers. The area east of Hon-Atsugi Station has bars and clubs popular with foreigners, giving it an international vibe.
Access is a short walk from Hon-Atsugi Station on the Odakyu Line. Parking is limited, so taking the train is recommended. Weekends are busy, but weeknights are quieter.
