Access is a 15-minute walk from JR Utsunomiya Station, or 5 minutes by bus. Directly connected to Tobu Utsunomiya Station, it's convenient by train. Friday and Saturday nights are the liveliest, peaking after 10 PM.
Note that many hostess bars and girls bars are Japanese-only, so don't expect English menus or foreigner-friendly service. Some snack bars require introductions, so girls bars are easier for first-timers.
