Hommachi is Osaka's business district between Umeda and Namba, where the Midosuji, Chuo and Yotsubashi subway lines cross. It keeps the wholesale-trade character of old Senba, with snack bars and lounges for the after-work crowd.
Hommachi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji, Chuo and Yotsubashi lines is the hub; Sakaisuji-Hommachi on the Sakaisuji line is next door to the east.
